A fun thing we like to do a couple of times a year is go to Louisville, KY (about two hours south of our house) to the Kentucky Flea Market. They have a couple of big ones a year, and Labor Day is one of the largest as far as lots of vendors.
We were able to find a few “treasures”. Of course we had to keep track of which aisles we had been down, lest Jessica miss “something”.
One Building was full of only antiques. It is funny to see how some people are very exacting with there products and displays, and others just kind of throw it out there and hope for the best.
Here are some pictures of the most interesting stuff that we saw. I did not get photos of everything I wanted to, I was not sure I should take pictures of everything. I think some people do not like that idea.
This is what I ended up with…well along with some razors, toothpaste and lotion. Jessica and Gregg had to have some Oreo Brownies, but those were not really my thing. They liked them though.
A cool 1963 elementary school reader on the history of Halloween…oh it is very interesting!!! And lots of cool nail stuff. Polish pens and Sally Hanson dry polish for only $2…it is $10 in the stores!
We had a great time, as always! It is just like old times when the three of us go on a road trip adventure!!! Thanks Gregger and Jesseeka!!! I love you both so much!!!
