The energy of communication, retail exchange, travel, electronics, speech and listening as well as accidents and mistakes is in one of the semi-yearly challenge periods.
When at speed (in about 10 days) we will be re-working things and going to the past for solutions for now. The nature of relationships is the focal point, with the way in which we communicate ~both verbally and non-verbally~ being of high importance. Letting go of old behavior patterns that have become draining instead of supportive is supported also.
For the Saturday and the week ahead be sure to be extra careful…triple and even quadruple check everything. Avoid signing contracts unless you do your homework and are very thorough. Watch for mistakes due to over-looking details and accidents because of inattention. Do your part to avoid being involved as much as possible.
Be safe, remember the breathing exercise:
Deep breath through nose, fill lungs.
Hold for 8 counts (seconds or more if you like).
Slowly exhale from mouth.
Repeat three to five times anytime you need to calm, including in the middle of the night when you are trying to sleep but wake up panicked bout something that is not controllable.
You can also add the thought of breathing in pink calm and exhaling sooty stress. And anger.
