Today is the anniversary of my marriage to my best friend Gregg. 19 years ago in a park in Plainfield, Indiana we staked out claim to a gazebo and set up a pretty area for an outdoor wedding…at the end of October!
Everyone thought I was crazy, but I knew in my deepest heart that it would not rain on my wedding day. My ancestors would see to that. And it did not. It was a perfect fall day, sunny, just a bit warm, but not hot.
And here we are, after 19 years, heading into number 20. Seems impossible all of this life has gone by in such a short time. Makes the heart spin and the head dizzy to think about.
I have not ever taken time to scan in the pictures of my wedding yet, so I am going to post pictures from this past year, the 19th we have traveled together.
Thank you, my dear husband for being The Best partner a girl could ever have dreamed. You keep me grounded and challenged. I love you dearly!
