Think Pink to Calm Anger

With the aggressive action energy still being squelched coupled with a tendency to gossip, or misunderstand something as gossip and be paranoid to the point of no reasoning, this to is going to be VERY helpful for the next week.
If you find yourself in a situation where you and/or someone else are really angry, try this helpful trick.

Whether you are the one who is mad or someone else is mad at you, envision everyone involved (and your surroundings) engulfed in bright, glowing pink light.

Even if you are the person who is angry, you can diffuse the damaging energy of angry by taking a few deep breaths and as you exhale, send pink light out to everything.

Imagine and feel the other people radiating and consumed by pink light. The energy of pink will help to calm the situation so you can at least stop the fighting.

The neat part about this is that no one else had to know you are doing it for it to work! And if all else fails….walk away! Have a safe week!
